If you can get passed the addictive nature of fast food (it’s all those added sugars), and manage to break your inherited eating habits (finish all your food, meat is good for you, got milk, and all that..) you can plainly see that the best answer to a healthy body and mind is going vegan. And if you’re a perfectionist, then there is really only one option: raw food.
Now I’m not here to lecture you on the logic behind a raw food diet, or on the (considerable) benefits that you can gain from adopting it. There’re enough books, articles and websites that do that, and numerous people who are by far more knowledgeable about the subject. I’m only here to say that it looks and tastes delicious!
If you’re a novice in the field (like me) and don’t have a lot of time on your hands to prepare it properly (again me) then just use your perfectly manicured hands to click on over to raw.z. Here, for a more than moderate amount of cash, you can have an entire raw lunch and dinner package delivered to you on a daily basis. Or you can pick and choose exactly what sounds good to you, it’s really just like having your very own personal chef! Just be careful to order one day in advance, and don’t forget that (unfortunately) it’s only available in Bucharest.
Once you have that covered, all you have to do is sit back, enjoy the delicious food, take in nature’s magic, and enjoy a boost of energy and an improved mood!

Andra, exista foarte multi omnivori cu deficienta de B12. Dar interesant, n-auzim pe niciunul pomenind de B12 . Asta se intampla doar cand un cunoscut anunta ca isi schimba stilul de viata, devenind astfel vegan sau raw vegan.
Ioana, am fost vegetariana cativa ani, niciodata nu mi-a placut carnea, vegan sunt de 2 ani si 2 luni. Imi fac analizele anual si pana acum n-am avut nicio problema. Din contra, valorile de fier s-au dublat, calciul e asa cum trebuie sa fie. Am scapat de chinurile consumului de produse lactate, indigestii si stari de rau. Nu sunt vegan in primul rand pentru sanatate, ci sunt un vegan etic. Dar recunosc, exista vegani si vegetarieni cu sanatatea la pamant. Pentru ca stim cu totii… si cartofii prajiti sunt “de post”.
Ma intorc la B12. Se gasesc suplimente de B12 vegetale, concentrate din alge, din diferite plante marine. Unii mai folosesc spirulina, dar depinde aici sub ce forma si cat de bine se absoarbe.
Cunosc o persoana de sex feminin ce abia dupa 12 ani de veganism a avut probleme cu B12, si asta doar din vina ei, a fost ignoranta.
Daca te hotarasti sa adopti stilul asta de viata, iti recomand s-o faci treptat, schimbarile bruste de alimentatie te vor da peste cap.
Ar fi fain sa pot intra pe un blog de fashion si lifestyle si sa vad o femeie gratioasa ce nu taie si infuleca o friptura, ci bea un suc din legume si mananca o zacusca “fara foc”.
