11 Shades of Grey
As you may assume from the title, this is not about the madly popular, for no obvious reason, and less than erotic, at least not hardcore, novel that has taken over the shelves of bestseller section in bookshops everywhere. Not is it about my monochrome outfit worn on a typical rainy/cloudy/grey-ish London day.
This is about the 11th edition of the niche, but already widely known Romanian fashion event, AVANPREMIERE. This years event will take place at Bell’Agio Casa on the 27th of November at 8.00pm, and it will feature designers such as Iris Serban, Simona Semen, Anca & Silvia Negulescu, Natalia Vasiliev, and newcomers like: Carmen Cherehas, Loredana Novotni, and Stefan Musca.
And… as you might remember from the last edition, this is the moment when I offer an invitation for two at Avanpremiere. Just comment bellow and let me know which of the above designers are you looking forward to seeing!

Natalia Vasilev este in topul preferintelor mele atunci cand vine vorba de un exemplu de stil si finete. I-am urmarit colectiile pret-a-porter si am remarcat, pe langa o candoare care se mentine in toate colectiile ei, o evolutie si o adaptare la tendintele de sezon. Imi place ca in colectiile ei predomina nuantele nude, monocrome, materialele lejere. îi admir indrazneala din ultima colectie unde da dovada de o evolutie vadita, de profesionalism, precum si de o putere de interșanjabilitate remarcabilă – cred ca ultima colectie este cu adevarat o marca a artistei si intruneste toate calitatile unei colectii de succes. Iris Serban este o alta creatoare de moda surprinzatoare, neîntrecută în ținute de seară și care marșează pe detalii de efect și pe o croială menită să evidențieze talia feminină. Ele sunt cele pe care mi-ar placea sa le vad, le admir și m-as bucura mult sa fiu prezenta la eveniment!

Recunosc ca la inceput cand am vazut acest concurs pe langa bucuria pe care am simtit-o gandidu-ma ca o sa am poate sansa sa cunosc unul dintre designerii mei preferati din Romania, am fost uimita si totodata curioasa sa vad ce creatii au cele doua newcomers si anume Carmen Cherches si Loredana Novotni.
Iris Serban este cea a carei colectii le urmaresc cu drag, fiind o persoana care a realizat de-a lungul anilor show-uri incantatoare pline de atitudine si frumos, hainele avand o croiala fina, dar in acelasi timp reuseste sa le dea un aer minimalistic-rock.
Gala AVANPREMIERE intarindu-mi convingerea ca moda romaneasca parcurge un traseu ascendent catre un loc de cinste din ce in ce mai bine sedimentat in peisajul fashion international.Ar fi primul show fashion la care am luat parte pana acum, o experienta de nepretuit pentru mine mai ales ca as vrea sa urmez o cariera in acest domeniu.
Oricum, oricine ar castiga acest minunat concurs, este un om extrem de norocos pentru ca poate fi martorul unei actiuni fashion-culturale atat de importanta in tara noastra! Felicitari pentru promovarea evenimentului!
