One wild and precious life
I’ve written a long text about depression, heartbreaks, eating disorders, life, love, me, and others. About the joys of blogging, of communities, and friends, be them in the real or virtual world.
Yet I decided to delete it, because sometimes it is the words of others that say it better. Sometimes the words of complete strangers resonate perfectly with the most intimate of our feelings and predispositions.

I’ve learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.
I’ve learned that even when I have pains, I don’t have to be one. I’ve learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.

I found the best remedy for being in a depression: the flight. When I feel that I slip in a massive negative mood, I take a cheap flight and enjoy the view of the clouds, the roundness of Earth and I realize that nothing is so important in this life but enjoying it. So… at the destination I have a positive attitude. That’s it, it works good for me. Kisses!
